Ways You Can Help Ongoing Collections & Fundraisers
Giant A+ Bonus Bucks Giant's A+ Bonus Program runs October 2007 through April 2008. Martin Barr Adventist School is registered to participate. Our identification number is 01044. We receive a check from Giant that we use to purchase needed supplies including sports equipment. It is necessary to re-designate your Bonus Card every year. Re-designating your card takes only a few minutes and can be done at the Customer Service Counter or at http://www.giantfood.com/our_stores/bonus_bucks/index.htm General Mills Box Tops for Education
Bring in your Box Tops for Education; there is a collection box in the lobby. Check their website for a list of participating products. http://www.boxtops4education.com/Image.aspx?id=3878 We receive 10 cents per box top. Campbell's Soup Labels
Bring in your Campbell soup labels; there is a collection box in the lobby. Check their website for a list of participating products. http://www.labelsforeducation.com/Earn/participating-products.aspx These can be turned into points and used to purchase supplies for MBS. Fire Starters Do you have old and used candles? We collect candles of all varieties (except gel candles) for use in making firestarters for our fundraising sales. Attractive clean pinecones are needed too! Please contact Martin Barr School if you would like to contribute. Toner Recycling We recycle new and used toner cartridges through Tonerbuyer.com for additional fundraising cash for the school. My Coke Rewards Caps or codes can be brought or sent to the school. This program provides equipment and supplies for the school. Paper Recycling Paper recycling through PaperRetriever.com/Abitibi provides cash for the school. The collection bin is located outside David's Natural Foods; paper can be taken there or dropped off at school. They accept everything except cardboard, brown paper sacks and phone books. Please contact the school for further information. |
