 Admissions Information Martin Barr Adventist School has been established primarily for the youth of Bell Branch Church and other local Seventh-day Adventist churches. However, membership in a Seventh-day Adventist church is not a requirement for admission. Students who come from a non-Seventh-day Adventist background will be accepted if space is available and if they pledge to abide by the rules of the school. Interviews with parents and the child will be conducted for all new students. Placement testing for all new students will be performed by appointment. * Health forms and immunization records must be submitted no later than the first day of school. * Students must be 5 years of age prior to the first day of school to enroll in Kindergarten. A copy of the child's birth certificate must be provided, no later than the first day of school. * Students entering grades 1-8 must bring a copy of their latest report card and records from their previous school. Tuition & Fees Fee Schedule - 2010/2011 School Year Annual Registration Fee* $250 per year Annual Activities Fee* $100 per year Non-Constituent Tuition $4,360 per year Constituent Tuition $2,660 per year *Registration and Activity fees are due at time of registration and are non-refundable. The annual activity fee covers all scheduled field trips. For some special school-sponsored events, (i.e. skiing), an additional fee will be required. Tuition is due monthly, paid in ten payments September through June. Tuition payments are due on the 5th of the month. If your payment is received on/or before to the 5th of the month, you may deduct $5. If you pay after the 15th of the month, a $10 late fee will be added. Sibling Discount - When more than one child per family is enrolled, rates of full payment will apply to the first child, 10% discount will apply to the second child, and 15% discount will apply to the third child.
